Notary for Holon Residents
Looking for a notary in Holon? The office in Ness Ziona provides all notarial services, and certified translation can be obtained remotely. For signatures you come in once, after the wording has been prepared in advance.
Planning ahead: continuing power of attorney and wills
A continuing power of attorney lets you choose in advance who will handle your affairs if you can no longer do so yourself. It is certified by a lawyer who has completed the Administrator General's training, and the document is deposited with the Administrator General. A full explanation is on the continuing power of attorney page.
A notarial will is made before a notary, who certifies the identity of the testator and their wishes. The office also drafts the will, not only certifies it. Details on the notarial will page.
Remote service
Certified translation from Hebrew into English and from English into Hebrew does not require you to come in. You send a scan by WhatsApp, receive a price under the regulations, and the signed certificate is sent to you.

Frequently asked questions
Can a notarial will be changed?
Yes. A later will revokes an earlier one to the extent that it contradicts it, and a will can also be revoked expressly. The new will can also be made before a notary.
Do I need to bring witnesses for a notarial will?
No. In a will made before a notary, the notary is the one who certifies the will, and no witnesses are needed.
