What information is collected
Information you provide voluntarily
The document submission form on the certified translation page collects your name, telephone number, email address, the type of document, the scanned file you attach and any comments you choose to add. Further information may be collected if you contact us by email, WhatsApp or telephone.
You are under no legal obligation to provide this information. You provide it of your own free will. Without contact details, however, we will not be able to get back to you or give you a quotation.
Information collected automatically
As on most websites, technical data about your use of the site is collected: your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages viewed, the time spent on the site, and how you arrived at it. This data is used for the proper operation of the site, for security and for aggregate statistical analysis.
When you submit an enquiry form, general information about how you reached the site (for example, a search engine or an advertisement) and the page on which you entered it is also sent to us, in order to improve our service and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This information is stored in your browser for the duration of your visit only.

Cookies, measurement and advertising
This website uses cookies (Cookies) and similar technologies for three purposes:
- Essential cookies for the proper operation of the site and to save your preferences, including the accessibility settings you have chosen and your acceptance of the cookie notice
- Measurement cookies for statistical analysis of usage patterns, to improve the content and structure of the site
- Advertising cookies placed by online advertising systems, to display advertisements and measure their effectiveness
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may impair the functioning of parts of the site, including the saving of your accessibility settings.
The services we actually use are Google Analytics, which measures patterns of use of the site, and the Google Ads advertising system, which measures which enquiries came from advertisements. Both services run through Google Tag Manager and use cookies and advertising identifiers.
The measurement and advertising services are operated by third parties, and their privacy policies apply to the information collected through them. We recommend that you read those policies on their websites.
Your rights in your information
Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: to request access to the personal information about you that we hold
- Right of rectification: to request the correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date
- Right of erasure: to request the deletion of the information, subject to retention obligations under the law
- Removal from mailing lists: to ask not to receive marketing communications, if any have been sent
You may exercise any of these rights by writing to [email protected]. We will respond to your request within the period prescribed by law.
Please note that information forming part of a client file, and records and documents that a notary is required to keep under the Notaries Law and the regulations made under it, are subject to retention, record-keeping and confidentiality obligations, and therefore cannot always be deleted in full.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a reasonable period for follow-up and handling, and are then deleted. Information relating to the office's clients and to notarial certificates issued is kept for the periods prescribed by law, by the rules of the Israel Bar Association and by the Notaries Regulations.
Information security
The website is secured with encrypted communication, and the office takes reasonable measures to protect the information it holds. No online system, however, is completely immune, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorised access.
